Q: What are your role and responsibilities at Birch Hill?
A: I mainly provide research and administrative support to a portfolio manager.

Q: What do you think Birch Hill’s best qualities are?
A: Birch Hill has a very close-knit culture based on many great qualities such as respect, kindness, integrity, and generosity. It’s also a relatively young firm, so it’s constantly adapting and being shaped as it grows.

Q: What about what you do brings you the most personal satisfaction?
A: There isn’t a day in my job where I don’t have the opportunity to learn something new and really apply myself. I also get to learn and work with great people.

Q: When you’re not working, how do you spend your time?
A: I like to spend time with friends and family, swim, and golf. Being a bit of an introvert, I also like to read and play video games.

Q: If you weren’t at Birch Hill, what do you think you’d be doing?
A: I think it would be fun to create something like a brewery or vineyard.

Q: What words do you live by?
A: “Keep it simple.”
