Taylor Cartaglia

Taylor joined Birch Hill as an associate in 2023. Working for Jon Eng in our operations department, Taylor handles equity trading, account reconciliation, and securities pricing. Prior to Birch Hill, Taylor worked for Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk, LLC and Fidelity Investments.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. An outdoor enthusiast, Taylor enjoys snowboarding in the winter and golfing in the summer.

Q: What are your role and responsibilities at Birch Hill?
A: I support the trading of equity securities and fixed-income investments. Additionally, I perform various operational functions including security pricing, asset setup, and month-end requests.

A: I think Birch Hill’s culture facilitates employees to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Q: What about what you do brings you the most personal satisfaction?
A: Challenging myself to continue to learn and find new methods to improve efficiencies.

Q: When you’re not working, how do you spend your time?
A: Outside of work, I enjoy golfing with friends and snowboarding in New Hampshire. As well, I am a huge fan of the Boston sports teams.

Q: If you weren’t at Birch Hill, what do you think you’d be doing?
A: If I wasn’t at Birch Hill, I believe I would be working in real estate or running a small business in the Boston area.
